and I’m glad you’re here!

I’m a school psychologist with over a decade of experience working with students of all ages, abilities, and neuordiversities, to help them learn and thrive.

I earned advanced degrees from Wake Forest University and Radford University, studying neuroscience and psychology.

In utilizing a variety of evidence-based programs in the school setting to enhance student’s mindfulness and self-regulation skills, I recognized parallels within my own yoga practice, and became a certified yoga instructor so that I could share the benefits of yoga with kids.
