Sa-TED-day: Mindfulness
Thought-provoking, inspiring, funny, smart, info-tainment. A good TED talk can be all of these, and a great way to learn a little more. So, on Saturdays, I'll share a link to a TED talk that I think is worth the viewing time. I'll try to curate the list to talks related to mental health, wellness, yoga, neuroscience, and psychology; but I may have to include a few off-topic favorites.
